Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Body Meeting (2016-17) of the Mar Thoma Church Brisbane Inc. will be held at the St. Philip’s Anglican Church on Sunday, 20th August 2017, after the Holy Communion Service. The meeting will be presided by Rev. Vinod P Job.

1) Prayer and Presidential Address

2) Consider and Approve the Annual Report for the year 2016-17

3) Consider and Approve the Audited Accounts and the Financial Report for the year 2016-17

4) Consider and Approve the Budget for the year 2017-18

5) AOB (with the permission of the chair)
