Family Sunday (27th October 2024)

This year, the Mar Thoma Sabha has set apart Sunday, 27th October 2024 as Family Sunday (wth Holy Communion Service conducted in Malayalam). In light of this occasion, the Management Committee has organised the following programs:

1. One Day Income Offering

This financial year, we will be collecting One Day Income during the Holy Communion Service on Family Sunday. Achen and your Prayer Group Representatives will deliver your Donation Envelopes soon. Let us unite in support of our church’s mission and vision through this special offering, and pave the path towards the construction of our own Church.

2. Honoring Long-standing Couples

This year, on Family Sunday, we would like to recognise and honor couples who have been married for 40 years and above in a short and special ceremony following the Holy Communion Service.

If you are celebrating 40 years (or more) of marriage anniversaries, including any couples (attending our Church) that are parents of our Members, kindly inform the Vicar or Secretary by Tuesday, 8th October 2024 please,  to make necessary ceremonial arrangements.

We warmly invite all families to join us in celebrating this special day of togetherness, unity and fellowship.

The proceedings for the day will conclude with a lunch in the hall of the St Philips Anglican Church.
